What is NLP?

NLP is a set of techniques and strategies for effective communication, personal growth and learning.

NLP explores how our mind works (neuro),  how we communicate (linguistic) and how we behave (programming).

The benefits of NLP

NLP is widely used in the following areas: personal development, education, management, sales and marketing.  It aims to enhance the quality of your life and help you:

• interact more effectively with others
• identify how you learn and think
• develop skills and capabilities
• set clear and achievable goals
• understand the behaviour of others
• take control of your thoughts, emotions and behaviour
• release unwanted emotions from the past
• create the right environment for beneficial change
• motivate and guide others
• diffuse difficult situations with ease

What happens during NLP training?

NLP training can range from a 1 day workshop to full practitioner certification.

Typically, a NLP practitioner’s course is divided into modules of 3-4 days spread over a period of 4-5 months (approx. 20 days in total).

Training may take a variety of formats including group presentations, small group exercises, diagnostics tests, practical skill building work, hands-on tasks and discussions.

NLP workshops and short courses may focus on individual aspects of NLP such as transforming belief systems or group leadership dynamics.
